
Teri Lynn Hatcher was the daughter of Teri Hatcher, who was born in Palo Alto California on December 8th, 1964. Esther Hatcher her mother, who was a Lockheed Martin computer programmer. Owen Hatcher, her father was an electrician and nuclear physicist. Teri took ballet classes at the San Juan School of Dance and was raised in Sunnyvale, California. She was a student at Fremont High School, where she was leader of the Featherettes dance team. She also was named "Most likely to become a Solid Gold Dancer." Hatcher graduated from De Anza College, where she majored in mathematics and engineering. She also took acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri confessed that her uncle Richard Hayes Stone abused her sexually starting at age five. She helped Santa Clara County prosecutor with their case against Stone. Stone was responsible for the suicide of a 14 year old victim. Stone was sentenced to prison for four counts of molestation. He died from colon cancer while in prison
